Image and Font Licences

Scope
This page records the licence position for the public Meraki Softworks, ClearDebt, and To.Go websites. It does not transfer ownership of any logo, screenshot, brand, or third-party work to you. Do not copy or reuse site assets without confirming the entry and its licence.
Fonts used by the public pages
- Archivo, Caveat, Instrument Serif, Poppins, and Plus Jakarta Sans are loaded from Google Fonts and are distributed under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. See the SIL licence and the Google Fonts catalogue.
- Local font files that are not referenced by the current public stylesheets are not represented as approved site fonts by this notice. Their separate licences must be confirmed before use.
Images, logos, and screenshots
Meraki Softworks names, logos, app screenshots, and commissioned or original creative work remain owned by Meraki Softworks Ltd or their respective rights holders. Photographic, avatar, stock, and AI-generated assets are subject to an internal provenance audit; each third-party item must have a source, creator, and licence recorded before it is treated as cleared for reuse. If you believe an asset is missing attribution, contact contact@merakisoftworks.com with its URL or file name.
- Verification required before reuse: project photography and artwork under
/images/, includingsoc,frankyg, and project mark files. - Product assets: ClearDebt and To.Go logos, screenshots, avatars, and place imagery must be matched to their creator and licence in the internal asset register.
Trademarks
ClearDebt, To.Go, Meraki Softworks, and other marks are used for identification. Apple, Google, Firebase, Supabase, Gemini, AdMob, Codex, Claude, and other third-party names remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
