By downloading or using ClearDebt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not financial advice

ClearDebt provides tools and estimates to help you plan and track your debts. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Always do your own research or consult a professional.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms and applicable laws.

User responsibilities

• Enter accurate information to receive accurate estimates.
• Keep your device secure (e.g., passcode/biometrics recommended).
• Use the app lawfully and respectfully.

Subscriptions & purchases

Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase billed via Apple. Pricing and terms are shown in-app. Apple handles payments, trials, cancellations, and refunds. We may process purchase/entitlement identifiers to validate access and prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Data & privacy

We take a privacy-by-design approach. For how we process data (including analytics, crash reports, and ads), please review our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time (uninstalling removes on-device data).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearDebt and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the app.
