Purchases
ClearDebt paid features are currently purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Meraki Softworks does not operate a direct checkout and does not receive your full payment-card details.
How to request a refund
- Apple: use Apple's report a problem service or contact Apple Support. Apple handles requests made through its service, subject to the applicable store terms and your legal rights.
- Google Play: use Google Play's refund request flow. Google applies its current regional rules.
Subscriptions and statutory rights
Cancelling stops future renewal but is not automatically a refund. Uninstalling ClearDebt does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective, unavailable, or incorrectly described digital content. You can contact us directly about a purchase issue or statutory remedy without waiting for a store referral. Email contact@merakisoftworks.com with the platform, order number if available and a description of the problem; never send payment-card numbers.
Where a cooling-off right applies, immediate digital supply removes it only if the conditions required by law, including express consent and acknowledgement where required, are met. This policy does not itself waive that right. Store refund policies do not replace any mandatory remedy against the responsible supplier.
