Agreement
By downloading or using To.Go, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What To.Go is
To.Go is a personal planning tool for saving and organising places you want to visit. It does not provide travel, navigation, safety, or legal advice. Opening hours, addresses, and other details you enter or import may be inaccurate or out of date — always verify before you travel.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store and/or Google Play terms and applicable laws.
Your content
- You retain ownership of places, photos, notes, and other content you add.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the app and any sync or backup features you enable.
- You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and respect the privacy and property of others.
- Keep your device and account credentials secure.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Follow local laws and venue rules when visiting saved places.
Subscriptions & purchases
Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing and terms are shown in-app. Apple and/or Google handle billing, trials, cancellations, and refunds according to their policies. We may process purchase identifiers to validate access. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party services
The app may link to or open Apple Maps, Google Maps, websites, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time; uninstalling removes on-device data unless you have enabled cloud sync.
Disclaimer
To.Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that saved place information is complete, current, or suitable for any particular trip.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meraki Softworks Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app or reliance on saved place information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
