What happens next

Opening the email link does not send a request or delete an account. Send the message, identify ClearDebt, and include the address used for your account. Do not include your password. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request before removing account or associated cloud records.

A full account-deletion request covers associated personal information, including synced financial records and relevant stored AI/import data. You do not need to list every data category. Some billing, legal or backup records may be subject to a permitted retention exception; we will explain any exception relevant to your request. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and response times.

Uninstalling or clearing local data does not erase cloud records. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it separately in the store.
